俠女花碧蓮為救人而得罪賭棍萬三句(樊梅生 飾)，萬率眾圍殺碧蓮，幸得駱宏勛(陳亮 飾)趕來相救。萬之主人王倫(張佩山 飾)知悉一切後，重金收買知府，將宏勛打下冤獄。碧蓮往探監，見宏勛奄奄一息，遂隻身闖進王倫練武場，大戰眾強徒，並取下王倫助手首級。翌日，碧蓮把血淋淋的人頭掛在竹竿上，到市上去叫賣，結果驚動官差，被捉進衙門……
